We are looking for a highly driven and people focused Regional People Experience Business Advisory Manager / Senior Manager to act as a trusted business advisor across the region (including but not limited to Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia). In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals, enhance employee experience, and foster a high performance culture.

You'll bring a strong strategic mindset, deep understanding of the SEA employment landscape, and a collaborative approach to navigate complex people challenges and drive meaningful impact.

What You Will Do:

Business Partnering

  • Serve as a strategic business advisor to business leaders in local market, providing guidance on people related matters
  • Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective people strategies
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness
  • Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and workforce planning for the local market
  • Lead and facilitate organizational design discussions to support business growth

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in compliance with local employment law
  • Champion company culture and values, driving engagement initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Conduct stay interviews, pulse checks, and exit interviews to surface insights and drive retention strategies
  • Support DEI initiatives and ensure an inclusive workplace environment

Talent & Performance

  • Drive end to end performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid year reviews, and year end evaluations
  • Identify talent gaps and collaborate with L&D to develop targeted learning and development plans
  • Support compensation benchmarking and rewards reviews in partnership with the Total Rewards team

Project Management

  • Px Initiatives: Lead or support Px projects related to process improvement, automation, employee engagement and strategic initiatives
  • Change Management: Manage Px aspects of organizational changes, including communication, training, and transition support
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business objectives
  • Fulfill any other tasks as reasonably instructed to assist in the business's growth and progress

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in People Operations with strong knowledge of employment law across SEA markets 
  • Experience working in a sizeable and fast paced environment with a multi cultural, multi country workforce
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee lifecycle, payroll administration, and/or HRIS at a regional level
  • Thorough and up to date working knowledge of local labour laws and taxation across relevant markets
  • Highly analytical, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, proactive, and the ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely and accurate manner independently
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to assess issues from multiple angles to problem-solve effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive etc.)

Skills Required
