We are looking for a People Data Analyst to join our C&B and people analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the employee experience and drive strategic growth through competitive reward programs. As a People Data Analyst at JFrog you will…- Analyse employee data, including HC, compensation, attrition, recruitment, retention, performance, and training metrics.
- Compensation audit and data quality - establish and run regular audits on payroll-related data, benefits, and equity to ensure alignment between HR systems and finance.
- Create reports, data visualizations, and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics and business trends, translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Support ongoing salary benchmarking, providing data-driven inputs and insights to the Talent Acquisition team to support competitive hiring.
- Support monthly and quarterly compensation, HR report, and monitor HR KPI and measures.
- Collaborate with various departments (BI, finance, etc.) to gather and understand relevant data.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools and AI technologies (such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- First and foremost, passion for data and people.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data-heavy role (HR Analyst, Compensation Analyst, or Data Analyst).
- Exceptional Excel skills are a must. You should be comfortable with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Pivot tables) and handling large, complex datasets.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) for basic report generation and maintenance.
- Former C&B experience, and basic understanding of market benchmarking methodology and salary surveys - an advantage.
- A proactive team player who is happy to support the team with technical needs and "quick-turnaround" data requests.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive compensation information.
