We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join Edenred. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career, perhaps with a background in talent acquisition, who is ready to take the next step into a broader HR and workplace-focused role.
In this hands-on, operational P&C Coordinator role, you will play an important part in driving engagement and contributing across a range of HR-related areas. The role includes elements of workplace & office coordination, CSR-initiatives, recruitment, HR systems and reporting – all activities to embrace our company culture.
In this role you will work closely with our People & CSR Manager to support approximately 75 employees and their managers in HR and Workplace-related matters. We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and eager to support both people and business needs. The ideal candidate is an unpretentious do-er, yet organized and detail-oriented. In this role you’ll be balancing administrative responsibilities with continuous improvement initiatives.
Do you want to do this?
- Work closely with the People & CSR Manager to support smooth office operations and a safe, welcoming workplace. This includes taking ownership with facilities & office supplies as well as to coordinate local events or employee engagement activities
- Support day-to-day HR administration while ensuring high data quality across contracts, personnel records, payroll input, HR systems and reporting.
- Support in recruitment processes, and on/off-boarding
- Initiate, drive and coordinate CSR activities and act as a key contact for related initiatives, such as volunteering activities
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business goals and legal compliance
- Together with People & CSR Manager drive HR-related projects
We believe you have
- A bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills in Swedish & English
- 1-3 years of experience working with HR and or workplace/office coordination
- Experience from working in a HRM system, we use Workday
