Job DescriptionJob Purpose:
To assist in the day to day running of the Human Resources department ensuring administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction and focusing on customers’s satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that HR fillings are organized according to the agreed standard and codes.
- Liaise with the relevant authorities for the processing of expatriate work visas/permits
- Prepare and distribute new employee files as required by managers.
- Provide letters related to Human Resources matters as required.
- Responsible for monthly report of Out Patient Department-s medical expenses.
- Administer Medical Card/Insurance for all applicants on timely basis.
- Handle basic function of HR inquiries. Participate in training & development, meetings and other development programs
- Handle Team Member related events - including Brand engagement on related social media platforms
- Coordinate trainee and apprenticeship program, including monitoring of performance and other related documentation
- Assist with the organization of meetings, trainings, outings and other TM events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- At least Bachelor Degree/Diploma in HR or any related fields
- New graduate with at least 6 month internship program in HR area with the company or at least 1-2 years experience in human resources
- Strong in inter-personality and out-going
- Good in English communication and computer literate
