We are seeking a Cluster Learning & Development / Training Manager to join our growing HR leadership team. This role will oversee and elevate training and development initiatives across multiple Aman properties within the cluster, ensuring our colleagues are inspired, empowered, and aligned with Aman’s service philosophy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor strategic learning and development programs aligned with Aman’s global standards and brand ethos.
  • Partner with General Managers and HR leaders to identify training needs across the cluster and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions focused on guest experience, leadership, service excellence, and brand culture.
  • Lead the onboarding and orientation experience for new colleagues to ensure seamless integration into Aman’s philosophy of “Peace.”
  • Develop local trainers and departmental champions to sustain learning culture within each property.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through measurable KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support talent development and succession planning through competency frameworks and individual development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regional training and development requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Experience managing training across multiple properties or a regional cluster is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and influence diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience excellence.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
