This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a People and Culture Intern (Human Resources) to join the team this summer for a paid internship!
Fixed-Term Contract: 4 Months (Starts May 2025)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (In-Office)
The role of People and Culture Intern:
The People and Culture Intern is a role that provides an opportunity for an aspiring, entry-level Human Resources professional to begin their career journey. This position provides administrative support to the People and Culture Department in a variety of responsibilities, tailored to your interests and needs of the function. We will offer the opportunity for you to create and complete a summer project that will inspire you and make an impact at the hotel- a great opportunity and takeaway from the internship! The People and Culture Intern handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.
The ideal People and Culture Intern will have:
Friendly, welcoming demeanour with an eagerness to learn about all areas of Human Resources
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient computer use, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), PowerPoint and Canva
Willingness to create, support and execute social events for employees of the hotel
