We are looking for you, if you:
- Are PEGA certified or have several years' experience of using PEGA,
- Like to know how everything works under the hood,
- Have analytical skills.
- Are familiar with Agile/Scrum.
You’ll get extra points for:
- Having experience of working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution,
- Being an experienced lead engineer,
- Being a team player.
About the Squad:
We are building a new Pega team to develop applications for ING's business units. We are looking for people with a lot of experience as well as those who are just starting out with this platform. If you have certifications, that's great, and if you only have work experience, that's not bad either.
At the very beginning, you will have the opportunity to learn our way of working from experienced colleagues from other countries and join an international team.
Your role in the team will depend on your experience, skills and aptitude.
We have a position for:
- those who will be involved in writing Pega Platform-based applications according to business requirements,
- technical leaders who will support the developers with their competences and decide on the shape of the applications to be built,
- trainers and coaches who will help develop the skills of juniors.
