As a Pega DCM Test Automation, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Pega DCM applications.
- Perform end-to-end functional testing across Pega DCM solutions and integrated systems.
- Develop and execute test automation frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate overall QA activities across the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define appropriate test strategies.
- Identify, analyse, and track defects through to resolution.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of overall experience in software testing and QA.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation and automation engineering.
- Proven experience with test automation using Pega DCM.
- Strong experience in end-to-end functional testing.
- Experience in overall QA management and coordination of testing activities.
- Good understanding of test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and related automation tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex application environments.
You should possess the ability to:
- Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Automate functional and end-to-end test scenarios within Pega DCM environments.
- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Execute end-to-end testing across applications, integrations, and business workflows.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential quality issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and overall QA activities.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and improve the reliability and maintainability of automated tests.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics effectively to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
