- The role is part of a desk extension team in PB CFO and supports the CFO / Performance Management team in Germany; having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Your key responsibilities (not limited to)
- Oversee the flash and actual processes, including relevant explains, interacting with the regional/central CFOs and Performance Mgmt teams / business heads where required
- Timely and Accurate feed of Revenue and NNA numbers in Pulse (Management reporting system)
- Ensuring timely completion of monthend process / quarterly Pulse reaggregation and GGL restatement process
- Ensuring successful testing and migration of Pulse for region and Global instance
- Monthly / Weekly Revenue / Flow / Volume reporting & analysis for senior management
- Handling critical ESG reporting which gets published externally
- Conduct various ad hoc analysis and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular planning and forecasting processes
- Assist CFO with restatements of PB Financials
- Deep diving financials and analyzing flows data
- Other CFO tasks as necessary
Your skills and experience
- Academic qualifications in Business, Finance or related field
- Prior relevant work experience of minimum 5-9 years
- Experience in Accountancy or Management Consulting
- Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
- Very Good Excel working knowledge
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
- Good knowledge of the financial sector
