Department OverviewDepartment Description
Payroll Team is responsible for ongoing coordination of payroll processing activities including collection and validation of payroll inputs, validation and controls of monthly payroll run outputs with the objective of processing salaries in a timely and accurate manner across the EMEA region. The Team liaises with multiple internal Clients (employees, HR and Finance colleagues) and outsourced payroll services provider; providing advice on payroll related topics.
Job Description

• Collection of all required inputs to payroll        

• Collection and archiving of payroll supporting documentation

• Handling queries related to processed payroll

• Support Payroll Team in daily activities 

Basic Requirements

• Student status (4th or 5th year of economics related study will be an advantage)

• Very good Polish & English skills 

• Professional and proactive approach to work

• Good MS Excel skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Highly accurate, great attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving

• Ability to work both independently and as a cooperative team member
