THE DAY TO DAY
Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple dealership locations
Administer and maintain payroll functions within Paycom
Track, manage, and reconcile employee leave (PMFL, FMLA, STD, etc.)
Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations
Partner with HR and dealership management to resolve payroll discrepancies
Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed
Qualifications
THE RIGHT FIT
Proven experience running payroll in Paycom (required)
Experience processing payroll for multiple locations simultaneously
Strong understanding of leave administration and tracking
High attention to detail and a knack for catching errors before they happen
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
