Sells new and used vehicles in an automotive dealership setting. Engages customers, assesses their needs and budgets, demonstrates vehicle features, conducts test drives, negotiates pricing and financing, and completes sales documentation. Generates and follows up on leads, meets sales targets, coordinates with finance and insurance teams, provides post-sale support, maintains product knowledge, and follows legal, ethical, privacy, and dealership compliance requirements.

Provides dealership-wide IT support by overseeing computer systems, networks, directories, phone and security systems. Installs and maintains computers, peripherals, and software; coordinates equipment maintenance with department managers and third-party vendors; diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues; assesses service requests, conducts IT audits, and communicates technical solutions to users.
