What You Will Do

- Audit payroll outputs to identify discrepancies or compliance issues and proactively resolve them.
- Partner with HR to address payroll inquiries, provide records, and support employee-related matters.
- Ensure proper escalation and routing of payroll, benefits, or employee relations issues.
- Communicate payroll corrections and updates clearly to relevant stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma; Associate degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working with timekeeping systems and payroll-related processes.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
