Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processes, including data maintenance, salary calculation, and payment processing.
- Prepare accurate payment reports, especially for operational payroll.
- Collaborate with the team and supervisor to manage payroll and benefits data effectively.
- Identify opportunities to optimize payroll processes, improving efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure all salary components (income and deductions) in the HRIS are accurately updated and clearly recorded.
Requirements
- Willing to work on a 6-month contract basis.
- 1–3 years of experience in Payroll or Tax administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in payroll reporting; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Income Tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan practices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in managing and analyzing large datasets using Excel and other tools.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
