¿Qué estamos buscando?
En Bizagi nos encontramos buscando un practicante o asistente que nos apoye en la gestión de nuestro aplicativo Siesa, Workday, manejo de la plataforma de Cabify y todo en la gestión de los empleados y realizar reportes de las novedades de nómina.
Responsabilidades
Gestionar la documentación para los nuevos ingresos y para las salidas.
Atención a usuarios.
Agregar novedades.
Gestionar plataforma Cabify.
Hacer reportaría en Workday para los informes de Adecco.
Competencias técnicas
Conocimiento de aspectos de nómina como que es el salario mínimo, cesantías, pensiones, como se suben novedades al ARL, los fondos de pensiones, etc.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of payroll concepts (minimum wage, cesantias, pensions, ARL notifications, pension funds)
- Experience using Siesa
- Experience with Workday, including creating reports
- Experience managing the Cabify platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from payroll, business administration, or accounting programs (Universitario or SENA)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
