General Ledger Integration: Coordinating with the accounting team to ensure payroll expenses are correctly coded and reconciled in the company’s ERP system.
Employee Support: Serving as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding pay stubs, tax withholdings, and direct deposit issues.
Audit Readiness: Maintaining organized digital archives to support internal audits or inquiries from agencies like the Department of Labor (DOL).
