Record daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, process payroll via services like Gusto or ADP, produce monthly Balance Sheet and P&L reports, and maintain organized audit trails and receipts to ensure accurate financial records.

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare and post journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, execute month- and year-end closes, assist with financial statement preparation (GAAP), support tax compliance and audits, and manage fixed assets and depreciation.

Remote administrative support including email and calendar management, virtual meeting coordination, CRM and data entry, document preparation, travel booking, project support via PM tools, online research, and light bookkeeping.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications. Implement responsive front-ends, server-side logic, APIs, and databases. Automate CI/CD, manage cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into production-ready features.

Manage invoicing and accounts receivable: generate invoices and credit memos, verify billing data, record payments, reconcile accounts, handle billing inquiries and collections support, assist with month-end reporting, and maintain billing records for compliance.
