Position overview:

Cellebrite Ltd. is seeking a temp position, a replacement for maternity leave, as a payroll accountant for approximately 10 months.

Been part of our payroll team, in charge of EMEA payroll, monitoring business activities and complying with the accounting principles and cross-functional needs

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare EMEA monthly end-to-end payroll (hourly and global employees).
  • Manage attendance process – tracking hours, leave, vacation, etc.
  • Manage the process of new employees, terminations and all salary-related updates.
  • Work with HR with regard to payroll and attendance matters.
  • Manage employee benefits, and interaction with the insurance agency.
  • Act as the point of reference for employees’ payroll-related queries.
  • Assist with the preparation of Israel's monthly payroll process.
  • Support Ad hoc project.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Payroll accountant in a global hi-tech company.
  • Certified Payroll accountant.
  • Deep knowledge of Israeli labour laws.
  • Experience with EMEA payroll – Advantage.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Fluent in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise duties effectively, meet deadlines, and cooperate with other team members to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to work and solve issues with an independent, pro-active approach; escalate as necessary.
  • Service-oriented - with great interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.
  • Accounting experience – Advantage.
  • Experience with Hilan System – Advantage.
  • Experience with the NetSuite System – Advantage

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Payroll accountant in a global hi-tech company.
  • Certified Payroll accountant.
  • Deep knowledge of Israeli labour laws.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise duties effectively, meet deadlines, and cooperate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively; escalate as necessary.
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with EMEA payroll.
  • Accounting experience.
