The Associate, Payment Systems performs activities related to the receipt, inventory management, and configuration of Payment Systems, including but not limited to: AVS/Kiosks, Readers, Modem, User Cards, and other payment systems. The employee understands and complies with the company employee handbook and department’s policies and procedures. The immediate manager or supervisor may assign other duties to meet the requirements of the job, as needed.Estimated Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.- Verify operating parameters for tools and/or equipment.
- Support training and coordination based on manager’s instructions.
- Abide by company polices, department policies, and safety standards.
- Ensure areas and equipment are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with production schedule, with associates, and with other department leads/supervisors and materials for assigned orders/projects.
- Ensure that all required Payment devices/systems are available and in-use at the operator workstations.
- Utilize computer skills for Sales Force (Service Max) to ensure all parts and assets are transferred/processed via this system, additional training will be provided if needed.
- Provide regular and timely communication including verbal and email to provide status and updates, as well as communicate with stake holders as needed.
- Perform quality checks/inspections.
- Assessment and recovery of used devices (AVS, Kiosks, readers, machine boards, harnesses, user cards.)
- Innovation – work with other associates to develop test devices and procedures that help improve productivity.
- Establish and maintain effective positive communications will all teammates/associates.
- Work closely with other departments to provide assistance when needed.

- Ability to receive, inventory, configure, maintain, and recover payment devices and related equipment
- Computer skills and ability to use Salesforce ServiceMax for processing parts and assets
- Ability to perform quality checks, inspections, and equipment parameter verification
- Ability to coordinate with associates, department leads, supervisors, and production schedules
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and email updates
