Serves as the senior technical expert for Dynamics GP, D365 F&SCM, and related enterprise applications. Designs and maintains ERP customizations, integrations, SQL databases, reports, dashboards, workflows, security, and production support solutions. Troubleshoots business-critical issues, supports financial systems, and partners with business stakeholders and vendors. Contributes to the Dynamics GP-to-D365 F&SCM transition through migration planning, testing, reporting modernization, cutover, security, and post-go-live stabilization.

Partners with field sales leaders on complex opportunities, maintains accurate CRM records, and achieves growth quotas. The role requires strong sales communication, negotiation, relationship-building, pipeline management, and business judgment, with periodic travel for customer meetings, training, and collaboration.

Designs, delivers, evaluates, and improves nationwide technical, safety, procedural, and customer-service training for commercial laundry appliance operations. Develops curricula, train-the-trainer programs, and interactive learning materials; audits branch training; evaluates technician and trainer performance; conducts field ride-alongs; analyzes training effectiveness and operational gaps; and recommends corrective actions. Partners with leaders and subject-matter experts to align training with business goals. Requires extensive regional and cross-regional travel of 50–70%.

Provides administrative support to sales account executives by preparing and revising proposals and contracts, reviewing RFPs, ensuring documents are complete and timely, coordinating mailings, filing, preparing sales folders, and following up with customers. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, independence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Processes high-volume equipment work orders, maintains inventory and customer account records, coordinates status updates, reports performance data, and supports Sales and Field Operations. The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives and provides internal customer service. Success requires accuracy, organization, analytical ability, strong communication, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Audits and processes collections, commission calculations, payment batches, account reconciliations, and tax-related records. Generates revenue and commission reports, investigates discrepancies, explains calculations, updates customer records, and supports internal departments with customer inquiries. The role requires advanced Excel skills, accurate payment processing, contract interpretation, and collaboration across Finance, Sales, Customer Support, Accounting, and Lease Processing.

Designs, operates, secures, and improves AWS cloud infrastructure for customer-facing and internal applications. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, cloud migrations, security improvements, cost optimization, and resilient architecture. The role partners with application, infrastructure, security, business, vendor, and leadership teams while serving as a senior technical resource for AWS, DevOps, and automation initiatives.

Provides advanced email-based technical support for the WASH-Connect mobile app across iOS and Android. Troubleshoots account, payment, connectivity, permissions, and device issues using Freshdesk and internal diagnostic tools. Escalates and resolves Level 1 cases, monitors support quality, documents solutions, and collaborates with engineering on recurring bugs and product improvements.
