Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, cloud migrations, security improvements, cost optimization, and resilient architecture. The role partners with application, infrastructure, security, business, vendor, and leadership teams while serving as a senior technical resource for AWS, DevOps, and automation initiatives.

Provides advanced email-based technical support for the WASH-Connect mobile app across iOS and Android. Troubleshoots account, payment, connectivity, permissions, and device issues using Freshdesk and internal diagnostic tools. Escalates and resolves Level 1 cases, monitors support quality, documents solutions, and collaborates with engineering on recurring bugs and product improvements.

Supervise assembly and remanufacturing operations, production employees, schedules, quality, safety, inventory, and productivity KPIs. Train and mentor staff, troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service, and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. The role also supports preventive maintenance, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, 5S initiatives, and compliance with OSHA and environmental requirements.

Receives, inventories, configures, inspects, maintains, and recovers payment devices and systems, including kiosks, readers, modems, machine boards, harnesses, and user cards. Processes parts and assets in Salesforce ServiceMax, verifies equipment availability and operating parameters, coordinates with production and department teams, supports training, communicates status updates, and helps develop testing procedures to improve productivity.
