You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

We are looking for you to join our team as Payroll Specialist to ensure that every colleague in Italy receives his/her pay slip on time.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Benefits Management, health-life-Incident-IPM insurances
- Control and management of insured personal data
- Control and management of insured capital
- Check the applied premiums
- Employee assistance with compensation claims
- Employee assistance for health checks
- Accountable for operating the monthly payroll process (salaries for Mondelez Italy and release of the monthly payments for 820 employees)
- Responsible for the correct processing of company policies
- Creation and delivery of salary calculations and salary statements
- Collaboration with external payroll provider
- Cross-European cooperation with other payroll teams for standardized ways of working
- Collaboration with Team Member for Expat payroll
- Industrial companies Managers Funds management collaborating with Payroll Lead
Job specific requirements:
- University degree, preferred in Economics and Finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English essential
- Experience of working within an international and multi-cultural environment (min. 3-5 years)
- Insurance knowledge, policies, appendices, valuation of insured capital
- Italian labour law slight knowledge
- Highly numerate, proficiency in Excel is appreciated
- Experience with Workday and business services is an advantage
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload
- Payroll Environment knowledge, SAP preferrable and not exclusive
Once the employee has achieved adequate knowledge in the insurance and payroll field, working time is divided equally
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
