POSITION PURPOSE Supports the implementation of Faith Formation Programs for Grades K-5 including Sacramental Preparation.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees weekly Faith Formation classes, providing supervision for student check-in. Assures that Catechists are in attendance. Assure Catechists have necessary supplies for their lessons. Communicates with parents as needed for safety and well-being of children.
- Works closely with Parish Family Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation to meet objectives and goals of the programs.
- Assures that attendance records for Elementary Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation are input weekly into ParishStaq data system.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
- Maintains inventory of educational supplies and re-orders as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
