You will support the finance team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. As a Pasante de Ventas, you’re not just supporting the Finance team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHere’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Learning & Development: Participate in training programs and actively develop accounting skills.
- Report Preparation: Help compile financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Bank Reconciliation: Support weekly bank reconciliation and cash tracking.
- Compliance Checks: Assist in verifying transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
- System Familiarity: Learn and operate finance systems and tools used in hotel accounting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance team and other departments to support daily operations.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Internship or entry-level exposure in finance preferred
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software; hotel system is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with supervision
- Fluent in English; collaborative across departments
