Brindar soporte al equipo contable en tareas operativas y de análisis básico, participando en la preparación de información contable local y colaborando activamente en el control y gestión de la información de facturación, a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de requerimientos internos, regulatorios y de auditoría.
Principales responsabilidades- Asistencia en tareas operativas del área contable.
- Carga y registración de asientos contables simples.
- Control, seguimiento y envío de formularios de facturación de distintos negocios al equipo responsable de su emisión.
- Validación básica de la información contenida en los formularios de facturación.
- Colaboración en el análisis básico de cuentas contables.
- Soporte en la preparación de conciliaciones bancarias.
- Asistencia en el armado de papeles de trabajo para cierres contables.
- Colaboración en la preparación de información soporte para auditorías y áreas internas.
- Mantenimiento y actualización de archivos, bases de datos y reportes.
- Soporte en la documentación de procesos y procedimientos del área.
- Inglés: nivel intermedio/básico (deseado)
- Manejo de Excel (excluyente).
- Interés en desarrollarse en el área contable/financiera.
