El Partnership Partner de Rappi tiene como misión principal mapear, buscar y cerrar las principales alianzas estratégicas para el desarrollo de Rappi en la región.
Construir relaciones de largo plazo con la industria gastronómica y afines al negocio de Rappi.
Diseñar las propuestas comerciales y liderar el proceso de negociación y de activación con cada cliente.
Tomar ownership de los objetivos en las ciudades designadas. Tener una visión 360 tanto del negocio como de la ciudad designada, trabajando directamente a disposición del Regional General Manager.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia previa en ventas o relaciones comerciales.
• Profesionales en carreras administrativas, marketing o comunicación.
• Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación.
• Visión estratégica del negocio y capacidad para analizar métricas operativas.
• Orientación al cliente y enfoque en la experiencia del usuario.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera disciplinada, autónoma y con foco en los resultados.
• Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y colaboración
