Manage end-to-end offline media activations (OOH, sampling, events): price and scope commercial proposals, coordinate logistics and partners, align with internal dark stores and operations, ensure SLAs and revenue goals are met, and support Account Managers and agencies through campaign execution.

Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimization of in-app commercial campaigns and events. Analyze performance, define KPIs, optimize owned media inventory, align with global stakeholders, build executive reports, and coordinate commercial teams to drive growth and business impact.

Responsible for maximizing collection of past-due and current receivables while maintaining commercial relationships. Acts as a cash-flow manager who understands clients' businesses, anticipates payment risks, negotiates mutually workable solutions, and protects financial results and ongoing commercial ties.

Lead analysis of strategic growth opportunities (market expansion, partnerships, investments, M&A); build financial models and valuations; support due diligence and deal execution; prepare investor and board materials; maintain performance reporting and market/competitive analyses; support partnership negotiations and investor relationship management.

Own and grow a strategic portfolio of restaurant partners: diagnose performance, identify upsell and optimization opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, lead stakeholder conversations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and define/test/scale actionable commercial plans to drive sustainable growth.

Lead and optimize paid media and CRM strategies across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and Meta. Analyze CPA/ROAS/CPL/LTV, build CRM flows (email, WhatsApp, push), use AI for creative/testing and data analysis, run A/B tests, build performance dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders.
