Partnership Implementation Specialist 

POSITION LOCATION 

New York, NY or Richmond, VA - Hybrid (Preferred) or Remote 

 

YOUR ROLE 

The Partnership Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in driving onboarding, implementation, and program success as CareScout continues to expand its partnerships ecosystem. CareScout partnership programs are a crucial pillar in CareScout’s broader growth strategy. To meet our growth goals, this role will focus on effectively managing the client implementation process in an organized and timely fashion, across numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure Partnership programs are launched effectively and set up for growth.  

This role will serve as a central point of coordination across Affinity and Carrier partnerships, balancing priorities and ensuring alignment on shared goals, timelines, and success metrics. This individual will support the end-to-end partner implementation experience, ensuring programs are not only launched on time but are set up for early adoption, engagement, and measurable success. 

 

What you will be doing 

  • Project manage the implementation process from contracting to program launch, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and timelines are met with active support from Client Success leaders 

  • Act as the primary point of coordination across Affinity and Carrier teams, managing cross-functional dependencies and navigating competing priorities to keep implementations on track 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the implementation process and proactively identify gaps across workflows/systems 

  • Collaborate with Client Success leaders to deliver a positive client experience throughout the implementation process 

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal to ensure deliverables from various teams meet expected timelines 

  • Support decision making, escalating risks and blockers and making recommendations to Client Success leaders to ensure forward momentum 

  • Monitor progress and performance of the implementation process, communicate status updates and identified issues to the appropriate leaders 

  • Support Client Success leaders with detailed documentation of meetings, client-facing reporting of progress and program outcomes 

  • Communicate regular updates across the team to drive alignment 

  • Contribute to building and refining scalable implementation processes, tools, and playbooks as the partnerships function grows 

What you bring 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, client implementation, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced or evolving environment 

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to break down complex processes into structured project plans, and create clarity in environments where processes are not yet fully defined 

  • Ability to support cross-functional relationships without direct authority, building trust and alignment across teams to move initiatives forward 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively to multiple audiences 

  • Comfort navigating complex ecosystems with multiple stakeholders, aligning an organized approach to multiple workstreams, and identifying root causes of issues across teams, processes, and systems 

  • Experience supporting high-impact projects end-to-end, with a focus on execution discipline, measurable results, continuous improvement and scalable solutions 

  • Proficiency in core tools (Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with CRM systems, Monday.com, Figma and/or other project management tools is a plus 

For candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area, the base salary pay range for this role starts at $95,000 up to the maximum of $115,000. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 7% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
