Job Description
As a Partner at Roland Berger Middle East, you will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional value to our clients. You will work closely with executive teams, industry experts, and clients to develop and execute strategies that address complex challenges and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics, and develop tailored solutions that drive their success.
- Business Development:
- Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Expand our client portfolio, leveraging your industry network and expertise.
- Thought Leadership and Innovation:
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by producing industry reports, whitepapers, and case studies that offer insights into the industry trends.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to showcase expertise and establish Roland Berger as a thought leader.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to consulting teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the professional development of our consultants.
- Strategic Consulting:
- Lead strategic consulting engagements within the industry, helping clients develop and implement growth strategies, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives.
- Mentorship and Development:
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, nurturing their professional growth and supporting their development within the Practice.
- Provide ongoing feedback and contribute to performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in management consulting.
- Master's degree or MBA in business administration, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred including STEM, from a global top university or business school
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering consulting projects with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- Extensive network in the Middle East, including relationships with key decision-makers and industry experts.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and practical solutions.
- Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead project teams and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
