What You'll Do:
- Support the Partner Program Manager as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain detailed information on assigned partners' projects, including key dates, project life cycle stages, and design/customer readiness documentation.
- Provide visibility of projects to internal stakeholders.
- Measure partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer product usage.
- Regularly report on project status through dashboard reporting in SFDC.
- Engage with partners to drive milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings and project reviews.
- Engage cross-functional support as needed.
- Conduct periodic partner project audits
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in channel and partner development, delivery, execution, or account management.
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, preferably working with partners.
- Experience working in an offshore/nearshore team structure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to support English-speaking clients
