Partner Operations Manager:
Your role:
Serve as the primary operational link between Philips and our distribution partners, ensuring a smooth and effective partner experience throughout the lifecycle.
Manage the onboarding of new partners, including registration, contracts, documentation, training coordination, and enrollment in partner systems and portals.
Partner closely with the Partner Account Manager (PAM) to support partner performance reviews, analyze business results, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and evolve operational processes, performance metrics, and reporting structures that enable sustainable and profitable partner growth.
Collaborate with commercial and sales operations teams while gaining exposure to channel management and partner development initiatives that strengthen Philips' indirect business model.
You're the right fit if:
You have 2+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, channel management, or a related field.
You have experience working with distributors, partners, or indirect sales channels and are comfortable engaging with external stakeholders.
Your skills include data analysis, process management, performance tracking, and the ability to translate insights into action.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, Vocational Education, or an equivalent qualification.
You have intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken) and can confidently collaborate across teams.
