Partner Operation Specialist


Bratislava, Slovakia

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing customer relationships with customers and partners.

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales activities within the Slovak market.

  • Coordinate communication between customers, internal departments, and technical teams to ensure efficient project and business support.

  • Support preparation of commercial offers, quotations, presentations, reports, and customer meeting materials.

  • Participate in customer visits, workshops, and business negotiations together with senior account managers.

  • Monitor customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Support achievement of sales targets and business objectives of the department.

  • Maintain accurate business records and support reporting activities in internal systems.

  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams including delivery, service, finance, legal, and supply chain departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field.

  • More than 2 years of experience in sales, account management, telecommunications, ICT, or related business area.

  • Basic understanding of ICT / telecommunications market is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Fluent English and Slovak language skills are required.
