Join Huawei as a Junior IP Network Solution Engineer to design and support IP/datacom solutions for telecom and enterprise customers. Participate in proposals, PoCs, lab and customer testing, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams. Receive structured training and mentoring in routing, switching, MPLS, BGP/OSPF, and data center technologies.

Identify and manage IT sales opportunities, coordinate project execution, analyze customer requirements, and present Huawei solutions. Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including solution design, proposal writing, and documentation. Manage offer and business design, profitability, contract reviews, and risk analysis while collaborating with account management and delivery teams. The role focuses on storage, backup, hyper-converged infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud solutions for customers in a cross-cultural environment.

Manage project and business financial performance, including revenue and profit analysis, contract risk evaluation, budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow, billing gaps, cost and revenue adjustments, and financial reporting. Provide guidance to project teams, organize monthly operational reviews, and identify financial risks early. The role requires a finance or accounting degree, two to three years of experience, Excel proficiency, financial software experience, and fluent English.

Configure telecommunications devices, perform pre-sale verification and acceptance tests, diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, migrate services in live networks, and apply modern network design techniques while supporting testing and implementation.

Design and propose integrated PV+ESS solutions for utility-scale projects, perform feasibility and techno-economic analyses, support customers and commissioning, track market trends, and deliver technical training.

Lead technical solution development and pre-sales activities for IP networking opportunities. Design IP architectures, prepare RFP/RFQ responses, run customer workshops and PoCs, collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into competitive network solutions that drive business outcomes.

Configure and test telecommunications network equipment, perform pre-sale verification and acceptance tests, troubleshoot and diagnose network issues, migrate services, and assist with network design using current technologies.

Develop and implement project Quality and EHS plans, set acceptance standards, monitor KPIs, run audits to ISO standards, manage subcontractor quality, investigate incidents, conduct risk assessments and trainings, ensure regulatory compliance, and produce quality and EHS reports.

Lead IP technical engagements and design end-to-end IP solutions (L2/L3, SR, QoS, security, HA). Support pre-sales, create technical bid responses, define PoCs, translate customer feedback into product requirements, and partner with sales for account strategy and delivery.

Support delivery and coordination of telecom projects including scheduling, vendor and client management, budgeting, quality assurance, procurement, project data updates, cost monitoring, KPI/SLA tracking, and cross-regional PMO communication.

Recruit, onboard and manage channel partners for Huawei IP network and storage solutions in Austria. Enable partner sales through training, tools and joint go-to-market activities. Analyze market trends, drive partner marketing and customer engagement, set KPIs, monitor performance, and report on pipeline and sales.

Provide tailored technical solutions and optimizations for telecom customers (radio, transmission, IP, core, IT). Support sales strategy, product roadmap, bidding (BOM/quotation), contract negotiations, project delivery coordination, market analysis, exhibitions, and internal SOP-driven processes. Work closely with account management and cross-functional teams to win and deliver projects.

Perform configuration of telecommunications devices, run pre-sales verification and acceptance tests, diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, migrate services within live networks, and apply modern network design technologies while collaborating with solution managers and project teams on-site.
