We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns with accounting firms and integration partners. Reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead, you will own hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking to drive qualified leads and pipeline through partner channels

In this role, you will
  • Execute end-to-end partner marketing campaigns including email nurtures, co-marketing initiatives, landing pages, and content distribution.

  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows using HubSpot and Salesforce to nurture partner prospects and drive conversions.

  • Create partner-specific marketing assets including sales collateral, case studies, and co-branded materials with the help of freelancers.

  • Run A/B tests on messaging, email copy, CTAs, and landing page elements to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Analyze campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunities and report results to leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Organize and execute partner events including dinners, webinars, and in-person gatherings. Manage prospect lists, invitations, logistics, and follow-up to drive attendance and pipeline.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Design to ensure smooth campaign execution and consistent messaging.

What excites us
  • 4-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with focus on campaign execution, lifecycle marketing, or partner/channel marketing.

  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools including building workflows and email campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking metrics, conducting A/B tests, and using data to optimize performance.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, coordinating across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams, and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to create compelling marketing copy, present campaign results clearly, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
