Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

• Establishment, maintenance and further development of partner management for managed services (e.g. partnerships with providers of special services and solutions, hardware & software suppliers, hyperscaler partnerships, sourcing consultant partnerships, partnerships as subcontractors, etc.).
• Establishment, maintenance and further development of the purchasing process for partner services.
• Supporting the positioning of the Managed Services business unit through studies, trade fairs, social media and similar.
• Taking on responsibilities in the areas of bid, transition and/or service management, as well as in the implementation of internal projects.
• Supporting the strategic development of the Managed Services area.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration/ business informatics or comparable qualifications and/ or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in partner management.
• Experience in bid management/ presales/ transition/ service management of IT/ SAP managed services/ outsourcing services is an advantage.
• High degree of independence and flexibility (also in the design and further development of your own role) and high customer orientation and persuasiveness.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Business fluent German and English.
• Confident use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
