About the position:
As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and shaping our channel partnership programs, supporting the company's fast growth, with focus on our Benelux markets. Being measured on revenue related KPI's, you will have full responsibility and accountability for the success of the partnership program in the region
Job Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in managing and exploring channel sales / tech partner programs in SaaS companies
• Fluency in Dutch is essential
• Knowledge of partner referral programs
• Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus
• Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment
