Your Impact
As the Sales Engineering Manager for the Nordics and Benelux, based out of our Amsterdam office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence across the regions. You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing market, ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions to prospective customers.
You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for mid-market organizations across the Nordics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment
- Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles, ideally across Northern Europe or similar markets
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders
- A people-first leadership approach, with a focus on development, engagement, and performance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Talent
Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring they consistently perform at a high level. - Drive Regional Success
Partner with Sales leadership across the regions - to align on strategy, support pipeline growth, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering to ensure alignment and continuous feedback loops from the field. - Build and Scale the Team
Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent, with a focus on regional expertise and cultural alignment. - Enable High-Quality Execution
Ensure your team delivers impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning that clearly articulate HiBob's value. - Support Strategic Deals
Act as an escalation point for complex opportunities, providing hands-on support in key deals and helping move them forward effectively. - Develop Enablement Programs
Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, technical skills, and sales effectiveness. - Champion a Strong Team Culture
