The Partner Field Marketing Manager must have a strong balance of relationship building, program management, content creation, event planning and Go-to-Market planning and execution with partners. Close collaboration with Channel Sales & Field Marketing will be critical for success.

In this role, you will be expected to: 

  • Develop, execute, and measure integrated partner marketing campaigns to drive and accelerate pipeline for your assigned region and partners. Sample tactics include, but are not limited to live events, webcasts, industry events, hospitality, digital marketing, content creation and joint sales play development. 

  • Manage events of all sizes including small, curated events, roadshow lunch and learns.

  • Partner GTMBuild yearly and quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plan for assigned partners. Communicate full scope of resources and support the Tricentis co-marketing offers to partners.  

  • Collaborate and work with the global events team to include partners in events such as Tricentis Roadshows and customer conferences.

Requirements:

  • Partner-focused: Possess an expert understanding of how to drive pipeline and joint activities with and through the partner ecosystem. Experience working with global and regional system integrators and ISVs.(Accenture, Cognizant, SAP, Oracle, etc.)  

  • Enterprise Technology Experience: Background in a B2B environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred. 

  • Program Builder: Understand how to build and optimize global partner programs that can be executed regionally. 

  • Excellent Communicator: Public speaking experience, comfortable with executive audiences, and ability to influence decision-makers. 

  • Analytical: Experience collecting and analyzing data from a variety of sources to make informed business decisions and/or recommendations.

  • Innovative & Impactful Partner Marketer: Have a strong understanding of best-in-class marketing techniques and apply them to partner needs. Generate fresh ideas for partner led marketing offerings and continue to develop new methods and approaches.  

Experience and Qualifications:  

  • 6 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with at least 3 years of partner marketing or field marketing and 3 years in a demand generation role or comparable experience.

  • Experience in working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, understanding of marketing automation and reporting.

  • Understanding of partner ecosystems, including GSI and SI models

  • Experience in both scaling large companies and fast growth startups is preferred.

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
