As a Partner Enablement Operations Specialist, you will be crucial in managing and improving how NVIDIA documentation and collateral are shared with our external partners and customers. What you'll be doing:
Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests to distribute NVIDIA documentation and collateral to external parties.
Validate contracts, external party type, contact/account information, and document-level sharing permissions before any materials are released.
Apply NVIDIA policies governing document access for customers, partners, and other external audiences.
Advance ambiguous or exception-based requests to the appropriate cross-functional teams for review and approval.
Fulfill approved requests accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining strong auditability.
Maintain request records, approvals, rationale, and distribution history.
Serve as the operational subject matter expert for the sharing process across internal collateral systems, contacts management, and partner portal workflows.
Identify recurring request patterns, bottlenecks, manual steps, and policy gaps..
What we need to see:
8+ years experience in business operations, program management, sales operations, partner operations, compliance operations, document control, or a similar process-heavy role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent judgment when handling internal information/collateral, and external sharing decisions.
Strong precision and skill in consistently applying detailed and complex policies.
Comfort working across legal, product, engineering, sales, partner, and customer-facing teams.
Ability to learn internal tools and systems quickly and become the operational owner for a cross-functional workflow.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to detail decisions, summarize exceptions, and explain policy requirements clearly.
Process improvement approach, with demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and drive operational improvements.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
