The Mission
Saviynt seeks a Regional Partner Director, Public Sector to drive partner engagement and revenue growth across the United States federal, state, local, and education (SLED) markets. This role collaborates closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, Account Executives, and partner organizations to align strategies and achieve national public sector targets.
Saviynt's cloud-based identity platform enables partners to standardize and automate identity services for scalable client delivery across government agencies and public institutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Your Core Objectives:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic solution providers with established public sector practice areas,
including systems integrators, resellers, and consulting firms with active government contracts (e.g., GSA
Schedule holders, SEWP vehicles). - Build partner-sourced pipeline and meet annual revenue goals, focusing on top-tier partners with
demonstrated reach into federal civilian, DoD/Intel, and SLED accounts. - Design and execute lead-generation programs tailored to public sector procurement cycles, including
responses to RFPs, task orders, and contract vehicles. - Track sales activities and partner engagement in Salesforce.com, with visibility into agency-level
opportunities and procurement timelines. - Collaborate with partner marketing and enablement teams to drive go-to-market initiatives aligned with
public sector priorities such as Zero Trust, ICAM, CMMC, and FedRAMP compliance. - Develop a national network of certified partner implementation specialists with relevant public sector
clearances and compliance expertise. - Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders, including a dedicated public sector sales
organization. - Participate in national and regional public sector events, industry conferences (e.g., ACT-IAC, AFCEA, RSA
Public Sector), and agency-focused partner activities to generate pipeline.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8–10 years of partner management experience in enterprise software, with a significant focus on U.S.
public sector markets. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing partner networks and establish new relationships within the
federal and SLED ecosystems. - Experience partnering with public sector solution providers, government-focused consultants, and large
systems integrators (e.g., Leidos, SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Federal). - Proven success in pipeline generation and quota attainment within federal civilian, DoD/Intel, and/or state
and local government segments. - Familiarity with government procurement vehicles, contract mechanisms, and compliance frameworks
(e.g., GSA, SEWP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC). - Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including public sector marketing, contracts, and
legal. - Cybersecurity and identity experience strongly preferred; familiarity with ICAM (Identity, Credential, and
Access Management) frameworks is a plus. - Ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance is a plus.
- Ideally resides in or near the Washington D.C. metro area, though candidates in other major federal
markets will be considered. - Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally.
