Partner Account Executive : 

As a Partner Account Executive, you will own and grow strategic Partner relationships, driving Cisco preference, joint GTM, ecosystem development, and revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to Partners, aligning their business priorities with Cisco’s technology portfolio and capabilities. The role requires strong executive engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to unlock complex opportunities. You will play a key role in building Partner capabilities, creating pipeline, and delivering sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

Own and grow strategic Partner relationships, driving Cisco preference, Partner capability, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Build trusted relationships with strategic Partners, understanding their business, strategy, capabilities, and priorities.

Develop and execute joint account plans and GTM strategies to drive growth across Cisco’s portfolio.

Identify and develop co-sell, ecosystem, and demand-generation opportunities with Partners.

Drive Partner adoption of Cisco technologies, programs, investments, and incentives.

Orchestrate Cisco sales, technical, specialist, and Partner teams to unlock complex opportunities.

Strengthen Partner capabilities and practices across key areas including Networking, Security, Cloud, Software, and AI.

Engage senior and C-level stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives, negotiate complex opportunities, and drive executive alignment.

Leverage market insights, business data, forecasting, and QBRs to optimize Partner performance and profitability.

Advocate for Partners internally and align their capabilities with Cisco’s broader GTM strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with min 13 years of relevant experience in Partner Sales, Strategic Account Management, Alliances, Channel, or Enterprise Technology Sales.

Proven experience managing large/complex Partners, GSIs or SIs.

Track record of revenue growth, business development, and strategic account planning.

Experience engaging and influencing senior/executive stakeholders.

Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large/global GSIs, SIs, or technology Partners.

Experience across Networking, Security, Cloud, Software, AI, or Enterprise Technology.

Proven success in joint GTM, co-sell, ecosystem development, and demand generation.

Experience driving Partner capability/practice development and vendor preference.

Strong understanding of Partner programs, incentives, forecasting, QBRs, and business performance.

Executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
