■ Role Overview
This role focuses on managing large, complex, and strategically important partners to drive long-term business growth and market differentiation. You will lead global alliances, drive CxO-level value propositions, and spearhead organizational transformation.

Additionally, as a candidate for future leadership roles, you are expected to actively engage in team management and demonstrate behaviors and communication that motivate team members.


■ Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop multi-year strategies and execute market differentiation initiatives.
  • CxO Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive leadership and co-design transformative value propositions.
  • Next-Gen Innovation: Monitor technology trends and integrate them into future GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
  • Leadership & Development: Develop standard frameworks for partner engagement and act as a thought leader for the team.
■ Required Skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to build large-scale business models and manage risks based on market forecasts.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Skilled in complex contract negotiations and cross-functional stakeholder management.
