Salesforce Middle East is looking for an experienced Partner Account Director for the Middle East who can lead the next phase of growth, development and customer success of Salesforce's consulting partner eco-system in the the Middle East. This role will be based in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Director of Alliances for Middle East, the Partner Account Director responsibilities include develop and driving execution of revenue-driving programs & initiatives, sponsorships, technical enablement, certification and support and plays a critical role in driving customer success through partner success.
The Partner Account Director will define the joint short and long term business goals and go to market plans with Salesforce consulting partners in across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. In this role the Partner Account Director will work closely together with the Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Customer Success Group, Partner Success, Partner Solution Engineering and Partner Program teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define the joint short and long term business goals and go to market plans for the Middle East.
- Develop and execute jointly agreed go to market strategies and business plans with top tier partners in the Middle East. This includes demand generation activities, training/education, and development of joint offerings to deliver against revenue, certification and customer satisfaction targets.
- Execute, manage and deliver regional pipeline and revenue tied to wider partner strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with partners, account executives, marketing teams and management to provide alignment and clarity for the delivery of customer implementations and incremental revenue
- Provide partner management to both existing and new SI partners to ensure that they are developing sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities in line with Salesforce strategy.
- Identify whitespace in your territory and recruit consultanting partner with the industry, product, or market segment expertise to round out the partner ecosystem in the territory
- Lead qualification for new consulting partner leads
- Responsible for the onboarding of new partners into the program in collaboration with Middle East Partner Success Managers.
Position Requirements:
- 8+ years experience managing (strategic) partner relationships in technology industry (e.g.; SaaS)
- Experience of the KSA region experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant new software revenue through partnerships
- Demonstrated experience in establishing new partnerships, negotiating, and managing contracts
- History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
- Highly motivated with ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Time management and prioritization skills, managing multiple competing deadlines and objectives
- Partner development experience (all types including; Referral, Reseller, Services Implementation, OEM)
- Success in establishing joint go-to-market plans and drive co-sell activities with partners
Bachelor degree
- Excellent interpersonal and executive-level relationship building skills
- Goal oriented with entrepreneurial self-starter drive
- Innate comfort and drive to achieve sales-focused metrics
