Salary range: $138,000 to $189,000 annually

- Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot data products and workflows in Palantir Foundry and related Envision, Maven, and Vantage environments.
- Structure and maintain semantic data layers, ontologies/data models, schemas, metadata, and vector-index configurations supporting AI/ML query processing.
- Integrate Palantir and AskSage with Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Advana/WDP, Power BI, and other CDAO repositories while preserving schema and data integrity.
- Prepare and optimize enterprise data for retrieval, semantic search, vector-based retrieval, prompt/context engineering, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Implement data quality, access control, least-privilege, encryption, lineage, and CUI-handling controls across AI-enabled data products.
- Partner with data engineers and the Technical Lead to develop reliable ingestion and transformation pathways feeding Palantir/AI data products.
- Validate AI data layers against Government-approved business definitions and functional requirements; investigate inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent AI responses attributable to data or semantic-layer issues.
- Support development and sustainment of BI products, analytics solutions, and technical training involving Palantir and AI tools.
- Create technical documentation, configuration guidance, troubleshooting procedures, and training materials for supported Palantir and AI capabilities.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry data engineering, modeling, application/analytics development, or platform administration.
- Experience developing semantic layers, ontology/data models, vector indexes, embeddings/retrieval pipelines, or comparable AI-ready data structures.
- Strong SQL and Python skills and experience integrating heterogeneous enterprise data sources.
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled query, retrieval, prompt/context engineering, or enterprise generative-AI solutions such as AskSage or comparable platforms.
- Understanding of data governance, lineage, access controls, security, and quality controls for enterprise and regulated data environments.
- Must satisfy applicable DoD/DAF security, cybersecurity-awareness, CUI, OPSEC, and access-training requirements.
- Experience with Palantir Envision, Maven, or Vantage.
- Experience supporting DoD IL4/IL5 cloud environments, Advana/WDP, or Air Force/ANG mission data.
