About the Role:
As part of a pioneering team, you will be instrumental in connecting with kids, parents, and fans through innovative digital advertising. Your expertise will bring our vision to life by executing world-class social media campaigns, optimizing media spend, and enhancing campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Media Strategy & Vision: Collaborate to drive key initiatives using Paid Social media platforms.
- Campaign Setup & Execution: Manage daily ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Center, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Pinterest.
- Audience & Targeting Strategy: Develop custom audiences and targeting roadmaps.
- Optimization & Budgeting: Monitor spend and reallocate budgets to maximize performance.
- Creative Strategy & A/B Testing: Partner with creative teams for platform-native content and run structured tests.
- Pixel & Tracking Management: Ensure accurate data tracking with Social Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, and more.
- Stakeholder Influence: Engage with leadership and partners to drive alignment and advocacy.
- Innovation & Tech Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to future-proof our strategy.
What You Bring:

- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads/DV360.

Skills Required
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager (Center), Google Ads and DV360
- Experience implementing and managing tracking tools (Social Conversions API, TikTok Pixel and similar)
