Position Summary
We are looking for a rockstar SEA Expert who is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid search advertising campaigns across various search engines, primarily Google Ads. You leverage your expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and achieve measurable marketing goals for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that align with business objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Creation: Develop and implement paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring optimal targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy.
- Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives clicks.
- Bidding Strategies: Implement effective bidding strategies, such as manual CPC, automated bidding, and target CPA, to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, including clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search advertising.
- Collaboration: you work with your direct colleagues and colleagues located in India to ensure smooth processes.

- Strong understanding of paid search advertising principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads and other relevant paid search platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, towards colleagues and clients.
- Strong client management experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and other advanced paid search techniques.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in a data-driven environment.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant paid search platforms.
- Trilinguality (Dutch, French & English) is an essential cherry on the cake.
