- Own and execute paid media strategy across all digital channels (search, social, display, video, emerging platforms), optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and Payback period.
- Establish frameworks and best practices for campaign management, targeting, segmentation, keyword research, competitive analysis, messaging, and creative execution
- Execute the creative strategy by collaborating closely with the design team. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous A/B testing and implementing ads across channels
- Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop data-driven creative strategies and establish testing frameworks for continuous optimization
- Execute and monitor the experimentation roadmap, performing hands-on A/B tests, Brand Lift studies, and Geo-testing to validate channel incrementality and optimize creative performance
- Present campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Own channel results, budget allocation, and make data-driven recommendations for scaling investment
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key platform partners to implement new ad features and Alpha/Beta tools, ensuring we stay ahead of channel trends and technical updates.
- Champion measurement excellence by implementing advanced attribution models and incrementality frameworks.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns
- Technical mastery of Meta, Google, and TikTok. Previous experience in FinTech or financial services is a major plus.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million dollar media budgets across multiple channels
- Deep expertise in advanced targeting/optimization techniques and testing methodologies across major ad platforms
