Paid Media Manager
5W is seeking an individual with a passion for Paid Media. As a Manager, your role will be to help execute on a variety of projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Work directly with clients and internal team to determine the goals and overall strategies of digital plans and campaigns
- Strategize, launch and manage client campaigns across various paid media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, Twitter.
- Lead ideation of ad copy and ad creative testing within paid social platforms
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting of clients campaign metrics, goals, and other KPI's
- Work with our organic team to help drive growth in our overall acquisition efforts across both paid and organic channels
- Analyze client business data and platform data to determine impact of overall program efforts
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
Here’s what you have:
- Minimum of 3 years planning and buying digital media with tangible results
- Working or worked at an agency or in agency setting
- Experience working with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
- Demonstrated experience running strategy & execution of performance marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Twitter, TikTok etc...)
- Ability to create and present media strategies and plans to clients
- Experience ideating copy and creative assets for paid social campaigns
- Driven, detail oriented, flexible, and team-oriented work ethic
- Attentive ability to manage multiple project
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

$80,000—$90,000 USD
