About Church Hill Classics: At Church Hill Classics, we've proudly handcrafted over two million custom diploma frames, certificate frames, varsity letter frames, and award frames since 1991. Based in Monroe, CT, our female-owned company remains a U.S. leader in premium custom framing, trusted by over 1,500 colleges and universities, honor societies, the U.S. Military, and professional associations.

The Role: We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to own paid advertising for our ecommerce websites: diplomaframe.com, customframes.com, and militaryframes.com. You'll manage more than $1 million a year in ad spend across Google, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and Meta. You'll also run test budgets on connected TV/OTT (such as MNTN) and other new platforms to find our next channels for growth.

This is a role for someone who lives in the accounts, not just the reports. You'll start by working side by side with our agency partner to learn our accounts, direct changes, and build the plan for our busiest season. Then you'll take full ownership of each account in planned steps, bringing our paid media in-house. You'll build, manage, and optimize campaigns yourself, make every dollar accountable, and explain clearly what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it.

You don't wait to be asked. When you spot a problem or an opportunity, you bring it forward with a recommendation and a plan, and then you see it through. We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, takes initiative, and is just as strong at executing as they are at planning. Your success is tied directly to the growth you drive for our business.

We use AI tools to support our work, but our strategy and decisions are driven by our team. We're looking for someone with strong independent judgment who uses technology to enhance their thinking, not replace it.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max), Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and Meta campaigns across all three websites, using target ROAS bidding to balance growth and profit.
  • Manage budgets and pacing to plan through graduation season and the holidays, and hit revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS) goals.
  • Measure success on real site orders and cost per order, not just what the ad platforms report.
  • Run a daily account check: spend against budget, conversion tracking, promotions, product feed issues, and change history.
  • Bring forward new ideas, recommendations, and solutions on your own, with the numbers to back them up.
  • Plan budget and bid changes ahead of each promotion and season, and follow our approval process before making them.
  • Test and grow new channels, including connected TV/OTT (such as MNTN), AI search and answer engine (AEO) placements, and other new platforms, with clear goals, set read dates, and a written readout of results.
  • Use AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting, while keeping full control of budgets, targeting, and results.
  • Keep product feeds in Google Merchant Center, conversion tracking, and audiences accurate and working, and monitor competitors and auction trends.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with insights and next steps, and share data with our in-house analytics tools.
  • Manage campaigns, tasks, and deadlines in Monday.com, and partner with our agency and the Ecommerce team on promotions, launches, and peak seasons.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Why Join Us: Because we're more than just a manufacturer. We're storytellers of achievement, innovators of design, and dedicated to delivering craftsmanship that celebrates life's milestones. As part of the Church Hill Classics team you will be part of a brand recognized for excellence and quality, and you will be an active participant in contributing to the growth and success of a company that values precision, creativity, and collaboration. You'll have real ownership of a major revenue channel, the chance to build our in-house paid media program, a direct line to results, and a bonus of up to 10% of base salary tied to hitting your goals.

Our Benefits:

  • Company Paid Time Off and Sick Time
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts
  • 401k
  • Life Insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Participation in Perks at Work (discounts on a wide variety of specialty products and services)
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 4 to 6 years of hands-on paid media experience in Google Ads
  • Proven success personally managing annual media budgets of $1M with aggressive revenue and ROAS goals.
  • Advanced skills in Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, and target ROAS bidding, plus Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing campaigns in-house and working with agency partners, including taking over accounts from an agency.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, and experience with Monday.com or a similar project management tool.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with a track record of spotting opportunities, recommending solutions, and following through without being asked.
  • Strong attention to detail; you check budgets, settings, and dates before anything goes live.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain results in plain language.
  • Experience or strong interest in answer engine optimization (AEO) and advertising in AI search tools.
  • Experience with connected TV/OTT advertising (MNTN or similar) or testing other new platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
