The IP & Business Operations department provides support for product and service teams to maintain operational efficiency. The goal of the business operations department is to help the organization gain more value from its assets – employees, tools used by the organization, and collected data.

Main Responsibilities
- Learn the basics of patents and how they’re managed in a real-world setting;
- Help organize and classify our patent portfolio;
- Explore Nord’s cutting-edge technologies and work with innovators across the company;
- Support the creation of an IP valuation report by reviewing patents and applications.
Core Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Strong communication and people skills;
- Quick to understand technical concepts;
- Proactive, well-organized, and dependable;
- Comfortable with research and analyzing information.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1200 EUR/Month.
