Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
Global Talent Program Design & Delivery:
- Support the creation and implementation of global talent development initiatives tailored to diverse roles, locations, and career stages;
- Assist in aligning talent programs with strategic goals, including Bosch Digital’s Diversity and Talent Strategy;
- Help steering and coordinating the global talent identification process;
- Assist in creating strategies to grow HR and leadership capabilities, including feedback, coaching, and identifying potential.
Insights & Continuous Improvement:
- Support the tracking and evaluation of talent development programs using KPIs, surveys, and stakeholder feedback;
- Help analyze results to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field;
- You are available at least 30 hours a week;
- Enthusiastic about people development, organizational culture, and learning strategies;
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment;
- Strong communicator with good organizational and facilitation skills;
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus;
- Bonus if you have prior internship or project experience in HR, people development, or talent management.
